ICT Engagements Coordinator (Freelance only)

We are looking for an ICT Engagements Coordinator to coordinate ICT projects and initiatives across technical teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers. The role focuses on delivery coordination, technical readiness, governance, reporting and ensuring effective collaboration across multiple ICT domains.

As an ICT Engagements Coordinator, you will

• Coordinate ICT projects and initiatives through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables are maintained.
• Coordinate activities and dependencies across ICT domains including networks, cloud/data centre, cybersecurity, databases, IAM, workplace services, monitoring and service operations.
• Track project progress, resources, risks, issues, changes and dependencies, escalating blockers and decisions where required.
• Facilitate project meetings, technical workshops and status reviews, ensuring clear actions, decisions, follow-up and documentation.
• Coordinate technical readiness activities covering environments, access, capacity, integration, testing, security and operational dependencies.
• Support engagement with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers and external consultants, including supplier mobilisation and contract implementation.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards, status reports, action and decision logs, dependency and change records and other governance documentation.
• Coordinate testing, acceptance, operational readiness, handover and closure activities, while identifying opportunities to improve project coordination and delivery processes.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a similar ICT Project Coordination, Engagement Coordination or IT Delivery role.
• Proficiency in English, confirmed by a recognised language certification.
• Experience coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives involving multiple technical teams and infrastructure domains.
• Good understanding of ICT infrastructure, including networks, cloud/data centre, databases, IAM, workplace services, cybersecurity, monitoring and operations.
• Strong knowledge of ICT project lifecycle, governance and delivery methodologies, with the ability to apply structured project-control practices.
• Experience with project and service-management tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Planner or equivalent.
• At least one of the following certification: PMP®, PRINCE2® or P3M, or an equivalent certification recognised internationally.
