Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI and Agentic AI solutions on GCP

Develop and deploy ML models, training, inference, and evaluation pipelines

Evaluate AI models, platforms, and frameworks for performance, cost, security, and scalability

Design and build production-grade AI agents

Architect and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions

Manage prompt versioning, agent registries, tool registries, and observability

Implement Agent FinOps practices, including cost optimization and usage analytics

Build end-to-end AI/Agent lifecycle governance from experimentation to production

Operationalize SLM deployments, model tuning, quantization, and GPU optimization

Define standards for releases, monitoring, reliability, compliance, and continuous evaluation

Collaborate with platform, security, and infrastructure teams
