ChatGPT Developer

Role Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a ChatGPT Developer to build applications and integrations powered by OpenAI's models. You'll design conversational experiences, custom GPTs, and API-driven features that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build applications and features using OpenAI's ChatGPT/API models
• Develop custom prompts, system instructions, and conversation flows
• Integrate ChatGPT capabilities into existing products and workflows
• Test and refine outputs for accuracy, safety, and consistency
• Monitor usage, costs, and performance of AI integrations
• Stay current with new OpenAI features and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing with the OpenAI API or similar LLM APIs
• Strong prompt engineering skills
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
• Understanding of conversational AI design principles

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience building custom GPTs or AI assistants
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG techniques
• Knowledge of AI safety and content moderation practices
