Internship – AI Knowledge Foundations Governance Coordinator

SECUTIX is currently in a strategic acceleration phase, transitioning from exploratory AI experiments to an industrialized AI-first execution model. The Knowledge Foundations initiative is the first key pillar of this transformation. The objective is to shift AI from a simple helper to the central engine for capitalizing on the company's knowledge, encompassing both technical and business expertise.

Role objective

You will assist in structuring and animating the governance of the Knowledge Foundations project.

Your mission is twofold

implement the governance mechanisms and build the required tools. To achieve this, you will focus on three main technical components:

A Tech MCP

designed to load all modules and retrieve technical documentation.

A Product MCP

organized by product line, designed to source business documentation directly from Confluence.

AI Agent Integration

connecting these MCP servers to AI agents to proactively demonstrate their concrete value and capabilities.

By implementing these elements, you will ensure this knowledge base continuously expands, maintains high capitalization quality, and is thoroughly maintained over time.

Main responsibilities

Support Project Structuring and Guild Coordination

The operating model relies on a cross-functional guild bringing together part-time contributors from engineering and product, rather than a standalone dedicated team. You will assist in animating this guild, organizing touchpoints, and tracking progress to generate a strong sense of ownership and accelerate adoption across teams.

Knowledge Capitalization and Quality Assurance

You will help ensure that AI is effectively used to capture, structure, and enhance the company's knowledge. You will support the definition and monitoring of quality standards for data ingestion via the tech modules and Confluence to guarantee the AI acts as a reliable and powerful knowledge engine.

Tool Implementation & Value Demonstration

Create the MCP servers and actively connect them to AI agents to showcase their practical value to the teams.

Information Completeness & Coherence

Define and implement a robust strategy to continuously assess the completeness, accuracy, and coherence of the ingested technical and business information.

Required profile

AI Awareness & Result Oriented

You have a clear understanding of how AI can act as a core knowledge engine. Knowing that acceleration is a necessity, you are highly results-oriented, driven by the desire to quickly turn scattered ideas into tangible, scaled processes.

Organization

Ability to help structure a project, supporting the transition from scattered, unstructured exploratory initiatives to a scaled, company-wide solution.

Tech-Savvy

A solid understanding of, or strong interest in, component-based architectures and documentation workflows like Confluence and code repositories.

Collaboration

Strong interpersonal skills to help coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering and Product without direct hierarchical authority, leveraging a collaborative guild-based model.
