Job Context

Riseup Labs is seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting. The role requires working closely with leadership to analyze business trends and develop insightful reports and dashboards.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Implement and optimize business intelligence tools for enhanced reporting.
• Build and maintain planning models to improve forecasting and decision- making.
• Work closely with leadership to evaluate key business trends and ensure accurate reporting.
• Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for business improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all generated reports.
• Provide support in creating interactive visualizations for effective data interpretation.
• Utilize advanced Excel and Microsoft Office tools to complement reporting needs.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CSE, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business reporting or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote.
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, as the client is based in the US.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working with global teams is a plus.
