What you will be doing

We are seeking an Integration Support Engineer to support, monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise integrations built on the Boomi AtomSphere integration platform. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable and secure data exchange across freight forwarding, warehousing, logistics, and business systems while delivering exceptional technical support to both internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with customer-facing experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where reliability, communication, and problem-solving are essential.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management systems.

Experience writing queries with SQL. (SQL server preferred)

3+ years of experience supporting enterprise integrations or middleware platforms.

Hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere.

Experience with Jira or Service Now.

Experience with JavaScript or Groovy or Java.

Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML.

Familiarity with CI/CD and Devops practices.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and customer support experience.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have Skills

Boomi certification.

Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
