Senior Software Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Drive our technical vision through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects.
• Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale our codebase, productivity, and team.
• Recruit, interview, and develop high-caliber engineers, and foster a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility.
• Engage with customers to inspire and solve their most challenging problems.

What You Need

• A minimum of 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record leading and delivering high-quality products at scale.
• Must have extensive experience with Python and/or Typescript.
• Strong desire to work at an early-stage company, building systems and processes from the ground up.
• Willingness to engage directly with customers, understanding their needs, and translating them into engineering solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• A commitment to continuously grow and master your craft, with a relentless focus on customer pain points and how to address them.
