DUTIES

Engage in cross-functional collaboration within an Agile enviro (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe). Participate in design sessions w/peers and complete code reviews to elevate the quality of engineering across the organization. Utilize developer tooling across software development life cycle (task management, source code, building, deployment, operations, real-time communication) to perform advanced-level application design, implementation, + maintenance activities under minimal direction. Diagnose and correct application and infrastructure issues. Build product definition + leverage tech skills to determine solution. Mentor + support engineers at all jr levels. Share best practices + improve processes within + across teams. May undergo background checks. Occasional on call for production support 24x7. May require pre-hire technical screen. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Multiple positions open. Salary $126,090 to $215,000 per year.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Three (3) years of rel exp in data software development, programming languages and developing with big data technologies.

Requires the following skills

(2 yrs exp in)

designing and building on existing and new data applications, Cloud DevOps Concepts, Cloud Services and Architecture, and Azure/AWS/GCP DevOps Operational Framework; and (1 yr exp in) at least one of the following: open source frameworks, .net CORE, asp.NET, Angular or Express.
