Responsibilities

• Build and maintain self-service platforms on Kubernetes or VM-based infrastructure
• Automate lifecycle management of environments (deployments, patching, scaling)
• Define and deliver reusable deployment patterns for internal teams
• Embed observability, security and resilience into platform foundations

Must-have

• Strong experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Proficiency with Helm, ArgoCD, Ansible or similar tools
• Ability to support multi-tenant environments with minimal ops friction
• Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with Backstage, Crossplane, or platform frameworks
• GitOps experience with ArgoCD or Flux
• CKA or other Kubernetes-related certification
