- Initiative to drive topics from first impulse to measurable result
- Experience in training people and conveying complex AI topics simply
- Organized work style, prioritizing by impact and developing solutions with users
- Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, AI, digital business, or comparable
- First professional experience, ideally with own AI projects
