Senior Consultant SAP HCM - CTBC

We're looking for an experienced Senior Consultant SAP HCM to join our consulting team in Timișoara, Romania. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging your deep expertise in SAP Human Capital Management to design, implement, and optimize HR solutions that drive organizational success. You will work on complex, full-cycle implementations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and analytical rigor.

• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM projects, including payroll BPO projects, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support
• Ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of large, complex SAP HCM payroll and time management systems across multiple countries including Germany
• Manage implementation of SAP Support Packages and required configuration to ensure legally correct payroll runs in an up-to-date system
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into optimized SAP HCM configurations and solutions
• Design and document functional specifications for payroll, time management, personnel administration and organizational mangagment
• Provide expert consulting guidance to clients on best practices, system capabilities, and organizational change management strategies
• Conduct detailed gap analysis and develop comprehensive implementation roadmaps aligned with client objectives
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM and other enterprise systems like SAP FI/CO or BPO partners
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations while maintaining quality standards
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of team capabilities
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in SAP HCM consulting and implementation
• Proven expertise in core SAP HCM modules Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management and Personnel Administration
• Strong experience especially in configuration of payroll schemas and rules as well as German payroll specifics including subsequent payroll activities
• Proficiency in SAP integration, including integration with SuccessFactors, SAP FI/CO as well BPO partners and benefit providers.
• Strong experience with full-cycle SAP implementations in complex, multi-country environments
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent project management capabilities with demonstrated success delivering large-scale implementations on time and within budget
• Exceptional client communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced consulting environment

**Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Competence regarding German tax legislation and social insurance legislation
• Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and best practices
• Familiarity with SAP integration tools and middleware platforms
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Certification in SAP HCM or related SAP modules
