Guide UX Designers: Collaborate with and guide UX designers on best practices, ensuring timely delivery of all projects
Facilitate Collaboration: Conduct brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to ensure maximum collaboration
Monitor & Adapt: Monitor the impact of design decisions on users' behavior, record findings, and incorporate learnings into future work to maximize impact
Manage Design System: Work closely with the Visual Designer, UI Designer, and Tech team to manage the Design System

Mobile Experience: Extensive experience delivering product features on Android and iOS applications
Business Impact Understanding: Strong understanding of how design impacts business
