Job Openings System Engineer

Administer and support Windows platforms, and Storage Area Network
Provide investigation, diagnostic testing and resolution for IT systems, hardware and software
Provide day-to-day management for server infrastructure services and support, performance and service monitoring
Responsible for setting up, configuring, upgrading, testing, trouble-shooting systems in a hybrid cloud environment
Maintain high availability and ensure all platforms work properly
Propose and execute continuous improvements on system operations and performance
Ensure that the IT server infrastructure have fulfilled compliance/security requirements and assist in audit review
Ensure system documentation are properly managed and update for new business application
Monitor and troubleshoot all systems to ensure the security measures are effectively applied

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
Over 3 yearshands-on experience in VMWare ESXi, Linux, Windows Server, Storage and Backup in large scale network
3 years experience in supporting and/or configuring network switches, firewalls, VPN configurations, storage networking, SD-WAN
Experience on using Cloud providers, e.g. AWS / Azure is an advantage
Good understanding of Active Directory, AzureAD, M365
Experience with End-Point Management and Administration: EDR, or equivalent 3rd Party Solution
Experience performing software installations and upgrades on desktops and servers
Good understanding of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies
Strong consultative and communication skills, analytical ability, judgment and the ability to work effectively with other systems technical staff, internal business customers, and external consultants and vendors
Foundational knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts and frameworks required
Certifications in Server Compute/Storage solutions, Azure, AWS a plus
