The Senior Associate, Investment supports the execution and management of Orion partnerships and day-to-day investment operations. This role combines traditional investment responsibilities with a focus on revenue optimization, inventory management, and scenario planning.
Key Responsibilities
Yield Management
- Balance supply and demand across inventory types to ensure efficient monetization
- Forecast and manage Orion inventory availability
- Support dynamic pricing models based on performance data and demand forecasts
Operational Leadership & Workflow Optimization
- Support Orion workflows within Prisma and Internal Trackers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with taxonomies, templates, and contractual standards
- Support invoice approvals, intercompany billing, and monthly reconciliation processes
Team Management & Development
- Mentor junior staff, ensuring they are equipped with tools and training
- Provide support, and conflict resolution to foster a high-performing, collaborative team
- Promote continuous improvement and operational innovation within the team
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Internal stakeholders to drive alignment and shared accountability
- Engage with external vendors and sister agencies to support onboarding and workflow integration
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of digital media experience, preferably within programmatic or social media
- Proven track record in yield management, ad tech, or revenue optimization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Prisma, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, other BI tools
- Strong understanding of compliance, financial processes, and media industry best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

The salary range for this position is posted below. $40,000.00 - $75,000.00
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
