Generate, review, and deliver study data files to BioPharma customers per study specifications
Serve as main point of contact for Data Transfer Agreement (DTA) discussions for assigned customers
Draft, review, and finalize low-complexity DTAs under supervision
Attend meetings with customers and third-party data managers during study setup
Respond to client needs and ad-hoc inquiries using company systems
Run, create, and maintain JSON scripts to process and generate study-specific deliverables
Create, implement, and maintain scripts and enhancements for sponsor reporting requirements
Support development of new data analysis tools following conventional coding practices
Maintain version control through GitLab and review standard operating procedures
Monitor orders and coordinate data release activities with cross-functional teams
Assist with CDM reporting and analytics efforts to support leadership decision-making
Evaluate existing CDM processes and recommend improvements to streamline data workflows

Bachelors + 2 years related experience, or Masters + 0 years related experience
Exposure to database management best practices
Exposure to data tools and programming languages such as Java, Python, or R
Exposure to software tools such as Excel, Bash, and Git
Skills in data analysis, identifying trends, and developing solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization to manage incoming data files and maintain data systems
Strong attention to detail for accuracy and integrity of sensitive client information
Ability to work effectively in a quick turnaround environment with tight deadlines

Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards
Client-focused skills including empathy and effective client communication
Knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR
Knowledge of clinical trials process including phases, key timelines, and regulatory oversight
Exposure to AI-driven insights for data interpretation and coding/scripting
Knowledge of molecular biology and/or high throughput data analysis
Knowledge of project management principles
