Responsibilities

Build out the next generation of our platform
Lead the development of software features
Mentor other team members
Identify process improvements for the team
Implement features of the application
Complete assigned tasks correctly and efficiently
Work with Advanced software engineers on technical designs
Ensure code functions according to specifications
Perform code reviews
Improve coding standards and product lines
Suggest new ideas and methods to incorporate into procedures
Work well with others in the scrum team
Ensure goals of team are met
Report any issues that hinder productivity or stability of product

Requirements

Minimum of five years’ experience required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Experience with Microsoft SQL
Experience with Delphi
.NET C# Object Oriented Programming
Fluency in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular
Experience designing APIs
High Availability techniques in a database or applicable software environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work within strict deadlines
