Responsibilities

Oversee all VERZA TV application development initiatives
Manage feature releases and product roadmaps
Improve user experience across web and mobile
Identify opportunities for platform optimization and innovation
Recommend new features and enhancements
Build and deploy updates across iOS, Android, and Web
Manage integrations with third-party services and APIs
Maintain platform stability and scalability
Improve application performance and reliability
Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs
Establish QA processes and testing procedures
Identify and resolve bugs before deployment
Monitor application performance and user experience
Ensure seamless functionality across devices and operating systems
Collaborate on product design and user flows
Improve onboarding and viewer engagement experiences
Help maintain a premium consumer-facing experience
Work closely with leadership on UI/UX decisions
Evaluate and implement AI-powered features
Integrate automation tools where appropriate
Explore recommendation engines and personalization
Develop creator-focused tools and workflow enhancements
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies
Participate in product strategy discussions
Help prioritize development initiatives
Advise leadership on technology decisions
Assist with vendor evaluations and technical partnerships
Contribute to long-term platform vision

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience
Experience building and managing consumer-facing applications
Strong understanding of mobile app development
Experience with web application architecture
Familiarity with streaming, media, creator platforms, or marketplaces
Strong product instincts and user-focused thinking
Comfortable operating in a startup environment
Ability to work independently and execute quickly

OTT or video delivery experience
