Top Criteria for This Position

• At least 5 years of professional experience with significant experience working as a BA on complicated process implementation projects with multiple cross functional teams
• Has experience in conducting analysis with expertise in different business areas, application wide analysis and proposal of solutions.
• Assembles, analyzes, and develops process flows to represents customer business requirements.
• Performs feasibility analysis, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization.
• Responsible for data and process flow models
• Expert level experience with Microsoft Office Suite a must
• Expert knowledge in writing business requirements and details
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions
• Experience in financial industry a plus
• Experience working on security technology projects a plus.

Additional Skills

• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite a must.
