Define and refine software development practices
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Coach and empower less senior engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on product vision and scope
Plan and forecast quarterly goals with Management, Product Engineering, and Operations
Champion the software development lifecycle from design to production support
Develop full-stack features for Cribl Cloud
Participate in on-call rotations and service ownership

Ability to comply with U.S. government security requirements for FedRAMP-authorized systems
Proficiency in full-stack development with Node.js and TypeScript
Experience in large-scale highly available distributed systems and SaaS platforms
Experience developing resilient and scalable backend services on AWS
Experience developing secure RESTful APIs
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, Linux, and distributed systems
Experience with secure web development and performance tuning
Experience with automated testing using Mocha, Cypress, or Jest
Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as BitBucket, Jenkins, or CircleCI
Experience implementing cloud design patterns
Experience with serverless and Lambda-based implementations
Experience implementing Authentication and Authorization protocols
