Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Stibo MDM Consultant with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Stibo STEP MDM solutions, defining governance processes, improving data quality, and enabling enterprise-wide master data strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location master data.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
• Configure and customize Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validations.
• Define and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship processes, and data ownership models.
• Develop and maintain data quality rules, cleansing strategies, matching/merging logic, and enrichment processes.
• Integrate Stibo MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Support metadata management, lineage, cataloging, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for migration, onboarding, testing, and deployment activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot MDM/data quality issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, governance guidelines, and architecture diagrams.
• Mentor junior team members and support best practice adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• 6–9 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Master Data Management.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation/support.

Experience in configuring

• Understanding of cloud and enterprise data architecture.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
