**Product Strategy & Planning - Responsibilities**

• Conduct global offshore engineering market analysis, segmentation, and competitive research to inform strategic and product planning initiatives
• Manage product and technology requirements collection, analysis, and distribution across the organization
• Develop offshore product platform roadmaps, requirements proposals, and guide product definition
• Lead offshore technology planning and support development of business cases for emerging and shared technologies
• Define concept schemes during project initiation phase and ensure market success of new products and technologies

**Product Strategy & Planning - Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years of experience in offshore product and technology development
• Professional knowledge of shipbuilding and marine platform industry
• Strong communication and coordination skills with demonstrated market insight, research capability, and customer sensitivity
• English proficiency to communicate effectively with international clients (preferred)
