Role Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled Zoho Applications Support Analyst to administer, configure, and optimize Zoho applications while supporting workflow automation and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in Zoho platform customization, workflow automation, integrations, and reporting, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Zoho applications including Zoho Desk, CRM, Analytics, and Creator.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Zoho Deluge scripting to streamline ticketing, escalation, and reporting processes.
• Support day-to-day platform issues, user access management, integrations, and third-party API connections.
• Analyze operational and ticketing data to create dashboards, performance reports, and workload insights.
• Collaborate on AI-assisted service initiatives such as chatbot and automation projects within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Zoho configurations and solutions.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, customizations, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation, AI/ML-adjacent product development, or process automation roles.
• Exposure to freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting including custom functions, webhooks, and scheduled functions.
• Hands-on experience with Workflow Rules, Blueprints, and process automation using Zoho Flow or Orchestly.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools will be an advantage.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Zia (Zoho AI) or SalesIQ chatbot/bot-flow design will be an added advantage.
• Zoho certifications such as Deluge Certified Developer, Creator Certified Developer, or CRM Administrator will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
