Responsibilities

Enhance product quality by developing automated tests
Improve QA processes throughout the development lifecycle
Share expertise with the engineering team
Analyze the current QA approach and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain automated tests
Define and lead the automation strategy
Mentor team members and help grow QA expertise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality early in development

Requirements

Over 3 years of experience in QA automation
Strong problem-solving and task prioritization skills
Skilled in test planning, prioritization, documentation, and test design
Hands-on with Playwright
Familiar with Selenium
Proficient in TypeScript or another OOP language
Skilled in using an AI tool set to boost productivity
Experienced in building and maintaining automation frameworks
Knowledge of REST API testing tools
Understanding of test layers: Unit, Integration, End-to-End
Familiar with QA tools: Allure, TestRail
Comfortable using Git
Awareness of load/performance testing tools
Involved in refinement, sprint planning, and QA sign-off processes
Effective communicator in cross-functional teams
Advanced English, written and spoken

Preferred

Python is a plus
basic understanding of GitLab CI/CD is a plus
Locust, K6 is a plus
