Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
Understanding of software development processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
Basic coding knowledge or the ability to read code (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of markup languages (e.g., HTML, XML) or tools like Markdown.
Familiarity with APIs and the ability to document them effectively
Proficiency in creating manuals, user guides, FAQs, and API documentation
