Build and maintain AI-enabled delivery workflows, integrations, and applications
Deliver solutions using traditional coding, low-code platforms, and AI-assisted development tooling
Create reusable patterns and assets for repeatable delivery outcomes
Ship with operability in mind: logging, monitoring, runbooks, and rollback
Participate in sprint execution, reviews, and iterative improvement
Collaborate with time-boxed contractors and internal SMEs, producing clean handoffs and documentation

4+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong coding fundamentals and ability to debug and improve unfamiliar codebases
Experience with at least one low-code / automation platform (Boomi, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
Experience using AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)
Experience building APIs, integrations, or workflow automation
Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Strong Git and modern development practices
Strong written communication and documentation habits
