Develop and maintain backend services in Haskell
Contribute to architectural decisions
Implement new features in collaboration with Product, Client Engineering, CoreCrypto, Security, and QA
Work on large-scale service-oriented and federated architectures
Support the evolution of our data architecture
Take responsibility for backend topics within your feature scope
Build robust, well-tested software
Share knowledge regularly with the backend team
Work on software where security, privacy, and reliability are core requirements

Proven experience in backend development with Haskell
Minimum 3 years of experience developing scalable backend systems or distributed services
Experience with service-oriented architectures
Good understanding of software architecture
Good understanding of API design
Good understanding of testing
Good understanding of long-term code maintainability
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
Fluent English
