Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET 10, Blazor Server, SQL Server, and Azure
  • Develop new platforms and applications supporting innovative insurance products and business initiatives
  • Build APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation solutions across multiple business functions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality software solutions
  • Leverage AI tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity and quality
  • Participate in architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, Blazor Server, and SQL Server
  • Experience with Azure cloud services and modern software architecture
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools in a professional environment

Preferred

  • Insurance, financial services, or fintech experience
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems
  • Experience with Azure Data Platform, Power BI, or enterprise integrations
