Ship marketable features for Storyblok app using modern web technologies
Own the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle
Take technical responsibility for a frontend subsystem (domain)
Identify systemic risks and architectural bottlenecks within your domain
Break down ambiguous technical problems into clear strategies
Raise engineering standards through thorough code reviews, documentation, and technical guidance
Write technical design documents for domain-level initiatives
Contribute hands-on in critical areas including refactoring, performance improvements, and security
Mentor engineers across projects
Help Engineering Managers make informed technical decisions
Identify and address long-term technical improvements proactively

A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a Frontend Engineer
Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, React, or similar frameworks)
Thorough knowledge about JavaScript/Typescript languages and their modern syntax and features
Solid understanding of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, browser APIs, performance, security and accessibility considerations
Comprehensive knowledge of software testing concepts and testing frameworks e.g. Cypress and Playwright
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows
Experience leading complex technical initiatives
Proven ability to mentor peers
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrates AI literacy
