5+ years of related experience
Proficiency in at least one programming language like Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java
Strong SQL and big data analysis skills
Customer empathy and passion for problem-solving
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Clear communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative spirit
