Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions
  • Lead the implementation of complex features and system enhancements
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers
  • Contribute to system architecture and design decisions
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data protection standards
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and system changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
  • Experience designing and building scalable, distributed, or high-performance applications
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and system design
  • Experience working with modern development frameworks, APIs, and service-oriented or microservices architectures
  • Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases and data modeling concepts
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication skills
