Assess engineering workflows and identify AI integration opportunities
Implement AI-integrated changes across the software development lifecycle
Apply AI-assisted workflows to team deliverables and measure improvements
Support AI-assisted modernization and migration initiatives
Integrate AI into development, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and delivery
Work within established engineering standards including PR practices and CI/CD
Partner with engineers to scale effective AI-assisted engineering practices
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive development and validation activities
Help the team adopt sustainable, repeatable agentic engineering workflows

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools
Proven track record introducing AI-integrated workflows with measurable improvements
Experience applying AI to modernization across polyglot codebases
Strong full-stack engineering experience
Experience with legacy and modern application architectures
Ability to assess workflows and identify high-value AI opportunities
Ability to implement AI-enabled workflow improvements
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make immediate impact
