Oracle SOA Suite Administrator

Job Description

• Promoting software applications provided by development into test and production environments. This includes baseline application executables, configuration settings and environmental variables.
• Creating automation of installations where appropriate, debugging and resolution of environmental and installation issues, evaluating and implementing changes to enhance systems performance and availability.
• Submitting change requests for development enhancements to increase system performance and availability, evaluating and reacting to production software and hardware alerts.
• Providing 24/7 production support for CSS AARP application software, producing performance reporting on availability, trending, performance status.

The main responsibilities of this position

Maintain and support of the following

Oracle SOA Suite 11.x, Weblogic 10.x, Oracle Service Bus 11.x.

• Perform operational tasks and activities (e.g. Monitoring log files, performance tuning, application monitoring and code migration between environments.)
• Provide technical support for a complex, high availability Architecture (e.g. Experience with clustering, Load Balancing, and connection pooling.)
• Perform application installation and configuration for upgrades/patches.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR – Must have?

• A minimum of 5 years Oracle SOA Suite 10g/11g administration experience
• A minimum of 3 years Weblogic 10.x administration experience
• Experience in deployment of Oracle SOA suite applications, creation of Data sources, JMS destinations, securing web services.
• Experience with Oracle SOA Suite 10g/11g - Oracle JDeveloper, BAM, BPEL, ESB/OSB and business-to-business integrations.
• Experience with Install, upgrade, migrate, patching, configuration of SOA Suite and Oracle Service bus instances.
• Experience with Install, upgrade, patch, configuration, of Weblogic instance,
