Responsibilities

Deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions
Support operational systems, reporting, analytics, and decision-making
Drive automation of data systems
Monitor data platform health
Support modernization and continuous improvement of data systems
Design small pieces that fit into the whole
Implement data quality, governance, security, and metadata management
Performance tune, monitor, and troubleshoot large-scale data systems

Requirements

5+ years of Development experience
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
Expertise in SQL
Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scala)
Experience designing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines
Experience designing and optimizing data integration solutions
Strong knowledge of relational databases
Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases
Strong knowledge of cloud-native databases
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Experience with modern data services
Knowledge of data modeling
Knowledge of data warehousing
Knowledge of lakehouse architectures
Experience implementing data quality
Experience implementing data governance
Experience implementing data security
Experience implementing metadata management
Experience with Test Driven Development
Experience with automated unit testing
Experience with end-to-end testing
