Set technical direction for modernizing the platform into an event-driven agentic OS
Design and ship autonomous, event-driven agentic processes
Orchestrate AI coding agents to accelerate delivery and build safety guardrails
Partner with product managers and designers to define outcomes and pressure-test ideas
Lead architecture and design conversations focused on scalability, performance, and security
Present technical decisions and live demos to engineers and executives
Mentor engineers and raise the bar on AI-assisted development practices
Champion continuous delivery and a culture of shipping value quickly

Expertise in C#, Node.js, or Python
Deep command of REST APIs and cloud-native design
Strong front-end capability in Angular or React
Hands-on architecture experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and serverless
Experience with unit testing and test-driven development
Fluency with AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, or Copilot
Experience architecting and operating distributed, multi-cloud environments with Azure and AWS
Must be located in the US and authorized to work in the US

Built or integrated LLM-powered or agentic systems like RAG or autonomous workflows
Designed event-driven architectures using message queues, streaming, or event sourcing
Used AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and lift code quality
Delivered high-scale systems in regulated or multi-tenant environments
Led monolith-to-microservices or platform modernization projects
Hands-on expertise running production workloads across both Azure and AWS
