Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and implement digital transformation opportunities across business functions.
• Execute digital roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and AI solutions.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Lead the implementation and governance of Microsoft Copilot solutions.
• Develop AI use cases that improve operational efficiency and employee productivity.
• Train and coach business users on AI-powered tools and best practices.
• Monitor AI adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards using Microsoft Power BI/ fabric.
• Build executive and operational KPI dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
• Develop analytical models and visualizations using Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting solutions.
• Design and support modern data architecture using Microsoft Fabric.
• Manage data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish scalable data solutions.
• Optimize performance and governance of enterprise data assets.
• Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Streamline business processes through workflow automation and digital forms.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reduce manual effort through intelligent automation technologies.
• Create responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Integrate web solutions with Microsoft platforms and enterprise systems.
• Ensure security, usability, and performance standards are met.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in digital transformation, business intelligence, analytics, or technology solutions.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise dashboarding and reporting solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies and modern data platforms.
• Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Data Mining.
• Numeracy / Statistics skills.
• Project Functional Expertise.
• Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint / Power Automate / Power Apps)
• Power BI / Power Query / DAX.
• Oracle Fusion / OTBI.
