Job Description

• Conduct Research And Analysis Of Product Metrics, Customers, Market Trends, And Internet Trends To Identify Problems.
• Generate New Ideas Based On Identified Problems To Increase Market Share, Improve Customer Experience, And Boost Growth And Conversion Rates.
• Develop And Design Product Strategies Based On The Ideas Obtained.
• Translate Product Strategy Into Requirements And Prototypes.
• Monitor Product Implementation And Assess Its Impact To Ensure Timely Progress.
• Lead The Team To Produce Products That Increase Market Share, Improve Customer Experience, And Boost Growth And Conversions.
• Manage The Product Team's Workload.
• Determine The Scope And Priority Of Activities Based On Their Impact On Business And Customers.
• Establish A Shared Vision With Stakeholders To Align The Overall Roadmap Based On Priority And Effort Needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Strong logical thinking and reasoning abilities.
• Strong intuitions of user experience.
• Ability to develop mobile apps and website products is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Data-driven and solution-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
