Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, systems analysis or a related study.
• 3+ years of comprehensive JIRA Cloud experience.
• 2+ years of JIRA Cloud migration experience.
• 2+ years of comprehensive JIRA Cloud configuration experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data cleansing and data refinement of plain text files.
• 2+ years of experience in data mapping and data conversion efforts.
• 1+ years of Rational ClearQuest experience.
• 1+ years of Rational Quality Manager experience.
• Proven ability to conduct meetings and gather comprehensive requirements.
• Proven ability to produce clear, concise and high quality documentation.
• Proven ability to layout user interface for ease of use and simplicity without compromising functionality
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to prepare clear, concise, comprehensive and high quality training material and train small teams of users.
• Proven ability to meet the requirements of the project and timelines.\
• Proven ability to quickly address issues during project

Desired Skills

• Experience with Linux or Windows (Powershell) scripting tools.
• Ability to meet changing requirements and adapt in an Agile environment.
