Lead discovery/scoping calls to understand requirements, constraints, and success criteria
Evaluate Epicor’s out-of-the-box capabilities vs customization; recommend the best path forward
Write high-quality design documents and user stories that customers and developers can both understand
Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are testable and complete
Own backlog creation and refinement, sprint planning, and coordination of sprint ceremonies
Test delivered functionality against the design; provide clear feedback to developers to close gaps
Produce customer-facing documentation (how it works, how to use it, what changed)
Partner closely with developers and internal stakeholders to remove ambiguity and keep delivery moving

Strong Epicor ERP knowledge, especially operations and/or finance modules (5 years experience)
Hands-on experience with Epicor tools (BAQs, BPMs, Functions, AppStudio)
Excellent writing skills and a genuine interest in reading/writing documentation daily
Strong analytical mindset, able to turn messy requirements into clear, testable user stories
Comfortable leading customer conversations, asking sharp questions, and clarifying scope
Experience running agile delivery (backlog, refinement, sprint planning, story writing)
Strong organizational skills in situations that are fast paced with high workloads
