What You Will Do

You do not need to be a "Guru" in all of these yet below. Consider Arbor a place to learn at our expense. We are looking for someone with basic exposure who is smart enough to master these tools as we go.

• AI-First Content Creation: Use tools like Claude, Gemini 3 Pro, Nano Banana Pro, Whisk, and Veo 3.1 to generate high-quality copy and visuals for campaigns.
• Ad Campaign Management: Collaborate on designing visuals and copy for Meta and Google ads, learning to manage and iterate on performance over time.
• Brand Consistency: Utilize tools like Google Pomelli to ensure all generated content matches our specific brand voice and visual style.
• Platform Management: Create and manage high-engagement content for professional platforms including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
• Community Growth: Actively engage with our online community and potential users to drive organic growth through strategic interaction.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine growth engines and improve conversion results.

Who You Are

• Tech-Savvy & Experimental: You are comfortable experimenting with new AI models and have at least basic working knowledge of the tools listed above.
• A Proactive Learner: You understand that Generative AI accelerates execution. You are eager to use that efficiency to upskill yourself, proactively watching tutorials to learn deeper analytics, creative strategy, and new workflows. That is exactly how you keep yourself on top in this rapidly changing industry.
• Growth-Minded: You don't just do the task; you think creatively about how to make the next campaign better.

Work Schedule

• Time: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Days: 5 Days a Week (Sun–Wed In-Office, Thu Remote)
• Duration: 3-Month Internship Period

Salary

• 10,000 - 15,000 BDT per Month (Throughout the internship period)
