Role: Desktop Support

Location - Juno Beach FL.

Position Type: Full Time

• Ability to interpret and execute tasks using technical instructions.
• Image workstations and laptops using corporate imaging software while following all technical guidelines
• Work with end users to survey existing software and files for transfer to new machine
• Knowledge of Active Directory users and Computers
• Ability to troubleshoot problems arising from Windows 7 to Windows 10 migrations
• High level understanding of ODBC connections and configuration of ODBC Data sources with the ability to troubleshoot connection problems from workstations to data sources and clearly report issues to software / file owner for resolution.
• Ability to add printers, drivers and other peripherals as needed
• Good customer services skills (Soft skills)
• Good time management skills
• Works with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
