Lead architecture and implementation of new API layers on AWS-hosted platforms
Review infrastructure decisions on Azure engagements
Pair with mid-level engineers on complex integrations, explaining reasoning
Review pull requests across active projects, improving code and developers
Contribute to proposals, framing technical approach and building client trust
Run monthly Deep Dive sessions on topics like AI-assisted development
Participate in sprint planning, writing tickets in Jira, structuring work for junior developers

Principal-level practitioner, technically strong and adaptable across stacks
Depth in C#, Python, TypeScript, AWS and/or Azure
Technology-agnostic mindset, willing to work across open source and Microsoft ecosystems
Experience with AI tooling, applied in own work and to help team
Designed and delivered complex systems from architecture to production across projects
Lead delivery independently: scoping work, managing uncertainty, keeping teams on track
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, in person and writing, without jargon
Mentor junior staff through pairing, pull request reviews, direct guidance
Share knowledge freely and improve those around them
Contribute to pitches and build client trust
