Manual Tester

The Manual End-to-End Tester ensures the quality and reliability of our AI conversational

application and other features. The ideal candidate is an experienced tester who is

comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving and attention to

detail.

• Create test plans, test cases and checklists
• Execute manual tests on the application
• Identify, document and report defects
• Assist in the development of test automation
• Analyze system requirements and develop test plans and scripts
• Assist in the design and implementation of processes and procedures
• Collaborate with developers and other testers

• Maintains confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.
• Demonstrates a commitment to Diversity, Equity and inclusion by treating everyone
• with respect and dignity, ensuring all voices are heard and advocating change.
• At least 1 year of experience in manual testing
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
• Ability to create test plans and test cases
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and team members
• Great attention to detail
• Organizational skills
