Senior SW Engineer_Video(內湖陽光)

We are seeking a focused and experienced software developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining Linux and Windows drivers and supporting software stack, and will work on cutting-edge technologies related to AI and video.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Linux or Windows drivers, with a focus on video-related functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of drivers with other software components.
• Stay current with the latest operating system architectures and kernel developments.
• Analyze and improve driver performance, optimizing speed and memory usage.
• Maintain documentation for design, code, and product specifications.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

Skill in either or both

a. In-depth knowledge of WDM, WDDM, KMDF, and other Windows driver models.

b. Knowledge of Linux driver / V4L2 development.

• Knowledge of video standards, for example HDMI / SDI.
• Experience in ARM-based embedded Linux is a plus.
• Experience in GPU-Direct / RDMA is a plus.
