Architect, design, and develop sophisticated software systems with up to 100% coding
Provide tactical day-to-day technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Partner with technology leaders to shape technology direction and pattern management
Lead troubleshooting efforts and conduct root cause analyses for system reliability
Collaborate with vendors to establish estimates, delivery plans, and timelines
Ensure technological integrity and quality of vendor solutions across projects
Lead delivery and technical guidance across an application family
Strategize to optimize and modernize technology and reduce technical debt
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Lead knowledge-sharing efforts to strengthen internal and vendor expertise
Act as a subject matter expert on intricate application components
Partner with architects to influence strategic technology decisions
Provide high-level technical expertise for complex technology components

Lead incident response and problem resolution for critical production issues

12–15 years of relevant experience
3–5 years at a senior level or principal engineering role
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Extensive coding experience with .NET Unified Platform V8
Extensive coding experience with .NET Framework 4.8
Experience implementing workflow orchestration engines into microservice architectures
Thorough knowledge of advanced software engineering principles and theories
Experience working within a vendor partner model
Ability to convey technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels
