Technical Lead AI (Python)

Our client, a technology outsourcing company specializing in web development, mobile application development, and AI solutions for international clients, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of AI Lead.

• Lead and manage end-to-end AI/ML projects, from requirement gathering, planning, execution, delivery to post-deployment monitoring.
• Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical plans, project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery within the agreed scope and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives, communicate updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and direction across AI/ML initiatives, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, and Computer Vision projects.
• Support the implementation of AI lifecycle best practices, including data collection, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Contribute to the improvement of AI delivery processes, MLOps practices, and data pipeline management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an AI Tech Lead, AI Team Lead, AI Solution Architect, or in a similar leadership role.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML/Data projects is required.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, and Computer Vision.
• Good knowledge of the AI project lifecycle, including data collection, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience using project and development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong English communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification is a plus.
• Background in Data, AI, or Software Engineering is an advantage.
• Experience managing GenAI or LLM projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of MLOps and data pipelines is a plus.
