Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age.

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Awareness Training Coordinator to assist in developing and maintaining processes for a robust cybersecurity program for our prestigious client.

This position is hybrid with commute to the DC area 3 times per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor, track, and report on the training completion status of personnel required to complete annual IT security training.
  • Provide expertise, guidance, and recommendations on IT security training materials.
  • Assist with design and creation of effective outreach materials and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Work with communication team to update and manage the overall Cybersecurity Communications Plan, which outlines goals for reaching target audiences.
  • Update and maintain the Cybersecurity Web Portal (an intranet site for our client’s users).
  • Assist with planning and participate in cybersecurity awareness events targeting client staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least four (4) years of IT security experience is required.
  • Two years of experience in design and content management for internal communications.
  • Ability to coordinate with different teammates across different business units and functional teams.
  • Comfortable with presenting material at all levels of an organization to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understand the core concepts of information security and cyber security risk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively within all levels of the organization, to include colleagues, users, contractors, and vendors.
  • The ability to manage and organize multiple projects concurrently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience delivering training through various delivery methods such as learning management systems (LMS) and other interactive tools.
  • Knowledgeable on up-to-date information security and business trends.

PAY RANGE

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
