Serve as technical owner of enterprise data platform including Snowflake and dbt
Lead design and development of dbt models and enterprise data architecture
Design and optimize scalable ELT pipelines using SQL and Python
Integrate data from SQL Server, vendor applications, APIs, and flat files
Maintain infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes for data platform
Establish enterprise data quality standards, monitoring, and alerting
Partner with business stakeholders and BI developers to deliver data solutions
Troubleshoot complex data issues and support enterprise data integrations
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational security standards

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Engineering
5+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise data platforms
3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data pipelines and automation
Understanding of data modeling and enterprise data architecture
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and AWS services like S3, ECS, and Lambda
Experience working within HIPAA-regulated environments
Experience with structured change management and IT governance processes
Work authorization for the United States
