Responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of our rapidly growing systems infrastructure

Deliver mission-critical infrastructure and ensure exceptional availability, performance, and security across our fully virtualized VMware environment

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of direct experience with VMware vSphere 7 & 8 environments

Extensive experience with Microsoft Server products/applications (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.)

Experience troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and approved operating systems

Understanding of Windows systems administration

Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and migration strategies

Proficiency in SQL Server administration

Strong PowerShell scripting skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

VMware Certification (VCP)

Microsoft Certified Engineer

Experience with Exchange, Citrix, Linux administration

Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.)

Additional scripting experience (Python, Bash)

Strong documentation skills and ability to create/maintain technical procedures
