Our client Multiinsight is looking for UI/UX and CRO Web Designer in Islamabad.

Job Description

Multiinsight is on the lookout for a creative and data-driven UX/UI Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating intuitive, user-friendly website designs and a proven track record in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). As a Web/CRO Designer, you'll be responsible for designing high-converting assets across a range of DTC client projects. This includes landing pages, product pages, ecommerce stores, advertorials, pre-sales pages, listicles, and more.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use website designs and user interfaces based on user needs, insights, and feedback
• Design landing pages, PDPs, funnels, advertorials, and other digital assets with a focus on CRO
• Collaborate closely with CRO Specialists, Developers, and Project Managers
• Translate strategy and data into wireframes and high-fidelity designs
• Ensure every design reflects conversion best practices, not just visual appeal
• Use Figma and other design tools to maintain consistent quality and brand guidelines
• Stay on top of client feedback and iterate quickly to meet deadlines
• Contribute ideas proactively on how to improve results through better design
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and sometimes clients
• Work from structured briefs and strategies to deliver purpose-driven creative
• Balance aesthetics with usability, hierarchy, and performance metrics

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design
• A portfolio that shows CRO-driven landing pages, sales pages, and/or ecommerce designs
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing pages for DTC or ecommerce brands
• Familiarity with landing page builders, dev handoff, or light HTML/CSS knowledge
• Background working closely with CRO strategists, media buyers, or dev teams
