Job Openings Senior Commercial BI Analyst

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports to provide actionable insights into sales, customer, inventory, and operational performance.
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, product profitability, and market trends to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Perform customer segmentation, churn analysis, and sales force productivity analysis to improve commercial effectiveness.
Support demand forecasting and inventory planning by analyzing sales trends, stock movements, and forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and management teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and optimize business performance.
Automate reporting processes using Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and other analytical tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Explore and implement AI-driven solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Power BI AI features to enhance reporting and business insights.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across commercial reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, or Data Analytics.
Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, retail, distribution, or consumer products is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Experience with Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different business functions.
Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
